CEO / Obstetrician / English, RCT, and Research Operations Lead

Tomohiro Mitoma is the CEO of YUIRYOU Inc. With a background in obstetrics and gynecology, research operations, and English-language literature review, he leads PoC and RCT design as well as publication support. Drawing on multi-center studies and English publications listed on researchmap, he helps companies connect research plans to business communication, sales narratives, and global-facing materials.

Hikaru Oba leads medical AI and information quality design. Based on experience spanning clinical obstetrics and gynecology, research support, academic research at Tohoku University Graduate School of Medicine, and research-development coordination at Okayama University Hospital, he translates medical AI governance, evidence reading, and content quality management into company operations.
